2018年にグループ経営ビジョン「変革2027」の策定を機に、社員が新たな気持ちでチャレンジするシンボルとして、ユニフォームを一新。お客様に「安心」「信頼」を感じていただくとともに、社員がより快適に着用でき、誇りを持てるユニフォームを目指しました。

Features

## デザインの特徴

**お客様に「安心」「信頼」を感じていただけるよう、「正統」と「品格」を表すダークネイビーを基調に、アクセントとして上衣の襟にグレーのラインを採用しました。**

**第一線でサービスを提供する社員が、一体となってサービス品質向上に取り組めるよう、駅社員、車掌(新幹線含む)、運転士が全て同じデザインを着用。また、お客様からは職制が分かるよう、上衣の袖のラインで職制を区分しました。**

ネクタイは、3種類の中から選択し着用。

Environmental Initiatives

## 環境への取り組み

男女ともに同色・同素材の半袖・長袖シャツとネクタイを着用(リボンタイおよびスカートの廃止)するなど、ダイバーシティへの取り組みも実施。また、資源環境の取組みの一環として、環境に配慮した生地を使用しました。
